THE BANGKOK NEW YEAR BOMBS

FALSE FLAG 2007 NO. 1 –
Editorial:

The most striking thing about New Years Eve in Bangkok was despite the Bombing Bloodbath just around the corner Pad Pong the Sex Bar lined Market Place in Silom was opened for business, packed with party revelers and its usual trade of men looking for cheap Asian intimacy. The only place emptied by the Army Coup directed Police was a much more innocent part of this multi faceted city. “Coincidently” the very place that the second round of bombs exploded just after Midnight, injuring no one. Hurray for the coup leaders, hurray for a very Thai Terrorist Act, can't stop the Ping Pong shows!

The Authorities in Bangkok were also immediately sure this had nothing to do with the Muslim insurgency in the south of the country, before any substantial investigation had taken place. We don't want the people getting “off message”. No the official word is these bombs were planted by forces opposed to the coup.

What a strange message for these people to push, I'm sure that the bombing will get a lot of Thais on to the pro democracy band wagon. Or maybe there is a very obvious logic at work here. Lets join the dots.

Who benefits from the message .The Unelected Government. And in case this first act doesn't drum up much needed support for the regime, they warn (along with cautious western governments) that more blasts “might” happen. If you didn't get that, the message is “Thais get behind the coup or ELSE.” The other victim could also end up being those Ping Pong Shows. Can the Thai tourist industry take another hit 2 years after the Tsunami.

You might ask why the coup leaders would result to blowing up 8 bombs on NYE when they already gained almost full control in a bloodless coup only months earlier. A clue is the front page of the sometimes state censored English language Bangkok Post Newspaper.

Monday alongside the headline of the Bombing was this story “Rising opposition to the military regime troubles the country's new leaders”. Getting the picture. But pinning this on those opposing the military regime might be just a tad too obvious. “False Flag” operations really should be left to the experts, Western Intelligence Agencies.

Thailand's Astrologers have warned that 2007 is a bad year for this wonderful country, and it looks like from the evidence that a coup we had all hoped would be short and replaced quickly by a government elected by the people is not going to be as easy to achieve as it did only 2 days ago. Once again Might is Right, and Thailand peace looks set to be shattered for raw power, lets just hope the Kings hands are out of this, as the symbol for Thais of all things good about there religion and their country, it would be a shame to find out it is all an illusion, and that at the end of the day its more about Baht than Love for Thailand and its people.
